Helixal was built by engineers who got tired of ordering a fresh spool of Helixal heat shrink tubing and finding the spec on the label had nothing to do with what came out of the test bench. So we made our own — to a published spec, lot-tested every run, sold direct at a price that doesn’t punish the trade.
Every spool of Helixal heat shrink ships with a lot code. That code corresponds to a dielectric test record, a wall thickness measurement, and a flammability check. If the spool is in our warehouse, the lot is in our records. Every order ships through the same gate.
