All Helixal retail orders are fulfilled through Amazon. Shipping, tracking, and returns are managed via your Amazon account. Wholesale terms are discussed per order.
RETAIL ORDERS
All Helixal retail products are sold through Amazon. Shipping is fulfilled entirely by Amazon — including carrier selection, tracking, and delivery time estimates. We do not process orders or payments directly on helixalindustrial.com.
Most products are Prime-eligible, meaning qualified Amazon Prime members receive fast, free delivery. Exact delivery windows are displayed on each product listing at checkout. Orders ship to all 50 US states.
For order status, tracking information, or shipping questions, log in to your Amazon account and visit Your Orders.
RETURNS
Returns on Helixal retail products are handled entirely through Amazon under their standard return policy. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, visit Your Orders on Amazon, select the item, and follow the return prompts. Amazon will provide a return shipping label and process your refund according to their standard timeline.
Helixal does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly. All retail return requests must go through Amazon.
WHOLESALE & B2B
Wholesale and bulk orders are handled separately from retail. We work with distributors, contractors, electrical wholesalers, and industrial buyers across the United States.
Wholesale orders are negotiated via WhatsApp or email. Pricing, lead times, shipping terms, and minimum quantities are agreed per order — there is no fixed public minimum. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Wholesale shipments may use different carriers and lead times than retail Amazon orders. All terms — including payment, delivery, and returns — are confirmed in writing before any wholesale order is placed.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If a retail order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong product, please resolve it directly through Amazon using the standard claims process. Amazon is responsible for fulfillment issues on retail orders.
For wholesale orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a shortage, damage, or discrepancy. Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of any damaged goods.
