POLICIES
Orders ship direct from our US warehouse — 3–5 business days across the USA and Canada, 5–10 business days to the UK. Wholesale ships worldwide via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and more. 30-day returns, handled by us.
RETAIL ORDERS — USA, CANADA & UK
All Helixal orders are placed and paid for directly on helixalindustrial.com through our secure checkout. Stock is held in our US warehouse and shipped straight to you — we handle packing, carrier selection, tracking, and delivery in-house.
We ship across all 50 US states, to Canada, and to the United Kingdom. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days (US/Canada) or 5–10 business days (UK). Shipping is a flat rate starting at $9.99, calculated by order quantity and shown at checkout before you pay.
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to the door. Questions about an order in transit? Reach us by email or WhatsApp with your order number.
RETURNS
We stand behind every spool. If a product isn't right, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
To start a return, email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and walk you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it. Made-to-order, cut-to-length, and wholesale orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
WHOLESALE & B2B — WORLDWIDE
Wholesale and bulk orders are handled separately from retail. We supply distributors, contractors, electrical wholesalers, and industrial buyers anywhere in the world — not limited to the USA or Canada.
For bulk shipments we arrange delivery through third-party international carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other freight providers depending on destination, volume, and lead time requirements. Carrier choice and shipping terms are agreed per order.
All wholesale terms — pricing, quantities, payment, delivery, and returns — are negotiated directly and confirmed in writing before any order is placed. There is no fixed public minimum. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email to start a conversation.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
The same applies to wholesale orders — report any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the affected goods.
